Aloha! Planning your Hawaii Vacation just got a lot easier as you’ve found the perfect place! Kalanikai 118 is located in the desirable Kailua-Kona right along the shores of the Big Island’s west coast.
The Space:
This completely refreshed condo has everything needed for an ideal Hawaiian vacation experience. The location can’t be beat to take full advantage of the area’s best attractions. Not only will you be just a short stroll away from sandy beaches and the ocean surf, but guests of Kalanikai 118 will also enjoy amazing onsite amenities of a sparkling pool, shaded barbecue area, and a tropical setting surrounded by a lush garden of plants and trees.
Advantageously within walking distance to Ali’i Drive, you’ll be minutes away to popular bars and nightlife, farmer’s markets for stocking up on fresh produce, restaurants serving up delicious local cuisine, and boutique shopping options. Kailua Pier offers a host of water-themed activities from sportfishing and swimming to diving and snorkeling and everything in between.
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.
If you just want to relax and spend an evening in, you’ll find the stylish kitchen stocked with all the cookware and dining ware you need to whip up delicious bites right at home. Snag a high-top stool at the island or dine on the lanai with a lush garden view. After dinner, kick up your feet on the soft living room sofa while you stream episodes of all your favorite shows on the smart TV.
This condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests between 1 private bedroom and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed fitted with crisp linens and soft blankets for a great night’s sleep, along with a smart TV. The home’s full guest bathroom includes a dual vanity and walk-in shower.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Dedicated parking available for 1 vehicle.
• This is a ground floor unit with a step into the unit.
• Air conditioning only in the living room/kitchen.
• No on-site office for checking-in or making requests.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.
This condo is centrally located and provides easy driving distances to many of the Big Island’s attractions. Anaeho’omalu Bay and the Waikoloa Resort area are 40 minutes away where you can enjoy amazing snorkeling along coral reefs or take leisurely strolls along a mile-long white sand beach or the secluded coves among rows of coconut palms and ancient Hawaiian fishponds. Mountain and sea canyon hiking can also be found nearby. Several National Parks are within 0.5 to 1 hours drive from the condo. The famous Volcanoes National Park is a beautiful 2 hour scenic drive away.
When in Hawaii, make sure you also dive into the unique culture of Kona, where coffee shops source beans straight from Kona coffee farms, Big Wave Golden Ale is brewed fresh at the Kona Brewpub, and local farmers markets are teeming with artisan goods and just-harvested produce.
