"Compared to Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba, this hotel’s service and quality are not as good. In 2025, I stayed there in Daiba, and Grand Nikko was excellent. This year I wanted to try Hilton Hotels & Resorts, thinking that with such a famous name it would be better—but I was quite disappointed. Aside from the view, there’s nothing here that I really like. The bed is very old and curved. Overall, I forgot to take photos. The housekeeping staff sometimes changed the bedsheets, sometimes didn’t—I stayed for 7 nights. I also bought breakfast, but the hotel serves breakfast in a hall instead of a proper restaurant. Cooking is done right in that hall, and the smell spreads everywhere, which made me uncomfortable. After 7 mornings, the food was the same every day, making it hard to enjoy. Also, the hotel was under renovation during my stay, so it felt noisy and messy. If a hotel is under renovation, they should clearly inform guests beforehand so people can decide if they’re okay with it before booking. If I had known in advance, I wouldn’t have stayed here. Also, when I checked out, I forgot two jackets in the closet. Normally, they should email the guest to inform them and keep the items. But after I got back to Toronto, I realized they were missing—and the hotel never said anything. I’m now emailing the hotel to ask about it."

"The room was spacious and clean.I didn’t try the bar and lounge so I couldn’t say. It’s near the shinagawa station so you’ll always have access to yamanote line and the Shinkansen trains. Also the cherry blossoms are within access to the courtyard. One word of warning is that as of this review, they’re doing construction until September 2026 so some walkways on the way to the hotel are narrow. Other than that it’s my go-to hotel."
