"Spotless room, accommodating staff, and absolutely breathtaking views! Literally seconds away from the daiba station so travel was so easy and quick. Also the limousine bus directly to the hotel made traveling to and from the airport so easy and affordable. Absolutely would stay here again my next time in Japan. "

"Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"We had 3 nights stopover on the way to Taiwan from NJ, I knew I wanted for stay near Toyosu so I picked this hotel based on the location. I’m so glad I did! Loved our stay at La Vista — perfect location, clean rooms, and the upside: the onsen and the breakfast! Free flow Ikura — nothing beats that!!! "

"The room was very well kept, fresh towels were delivered every day to our door (we had the "do not need cleaning" sign on our door for the whole stay), staff was exceptionally helpful and the location was perfect near the Ariake-tennis-no-mori station. The shuttle service to Tokyo Big Sight was very helpful as well. All in all a great experience!"

"Walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants/takeaways. Amenities well stocked. Staff members was lovely and communicated everything very well. If catching the train it may be a bit of a walk with alot of luggage, pack light. Ubers are available. GPS doesn't always help when you are walking through the subways so look for the exit gate numbers. Room was clean and tidy and contained everything we needed. Used google translate to help operate remotes, rice cooker and washer and dryer....

"I thought the hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had many conveniences- a wide variety of complimentary toiletries, free juice and soda, and even a happy hour for guests. The internet speed was very good in case you need to do work or use streaming services. There were plenty of mom and pop restaurants and shops nearby. And there are two train stations within a 10-15 minute walk. All in all, a really nice and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again. "
