We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

"Beautiful new hotel attached to a great shopping mall with a 5th floor full of restaurants. In Ariake, a quieter and newer area of Tokyo. Very good value for money."

"I thought the hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel had many conveniences- a wide variety of complimentary toiletries, free juice and soda, and even a happy hour for guests. The internet speed was very good in case you need to do work or use streaming services. There were plenty of mom and pop restaurants and shops nearby. And there are two train stations within a 10-15 minute walk. All in all, a really nice and relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants/takeaways. Amenities well stocked. Staff members was lovely and communicated everything very well. If catching the train it may be a bit of a walk with alot of luggage, pack light. Ubers are available. GPS doesn't always help when you are walking through the subways so look for the exit gate numbers. Room was clean and tidy and contained everything we needed. Used google translate to help operate remotes, rice cooker and washer and dryer....
