"Room is very nice and clean. Large deep bath tub, might be difficult for elderly to get in and out. Breakfast is good/okay. Softserve ice cream is available during breakfast and dinner! Dinner food was okay but not good. The Villa Grand Fontaine at Haneda had really good food!! Next time we might stay there for the entire trip instead of switching to the Ariake location. The staff was very helpful during check in and check out. The hotel also has enough seating in the lobby while waiting to check in."

Breakfast was good although more Japanese than western but the coffee was spot on. Getting back to the staff! They are really well trained and super attentive to your needs. Well done guys.
