"Stayed here a couple of nights for return trip. Close by a couple of metro stations with different lines. If you catch a rapid line, only three stops or 20 mins to/from Haneda. Local eateries, 15 min walk to Shinagawa area. Hotel was clean and pretty reasonably sized for Japan standards. Bonus - washing machine/dryer combo in room. Service was good. "

"Excellent stay, and I appreciate the hotel adding in an extra night for our 3 rooms during a busy New Years break. It's a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Tokyo, but well served with the train and subway lines and having the Ariake Gardens attached directly to the hotel was a nice bonus!
