Very spacious, roomy, comfy, large dining table, washer and dryer, rest rooms, shower, sinks, kitchen area, couch, electric outlets, Wi-Fi, lounges were Fantastic! Our room was spacious, clean and well-appointed. The location on a quiet side street in Ginza was perfect. Excellent pancake restaurant right outside the hotel’s door.

Wonderful room, clean and elegant. Staff were extremely helpful and eager to please. Location in Ginza district just a 10 minute walk to Tokyo station. We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend it.

Steps away from the heart of Akihabara, immediately greeted by the friendliest staff and nerdy, but cute and endearing decor. The hotel has some space for holding luggage, but ask ahead so they can prepare! If you want to pretend like you actually live in Japan, this is the perfect place for you! Apartment style accommodations, and enough room for suitcases in your room. Plenty of space if you don’t have a third on the couch! Bathroom and shower / laundry is in the unit, separated by rooms....

Wonderful location! Clean, spacious, intentionally designed space that accommodated our family of 5 beautifully. The free wi-fi and in-room washer/dryer combo contributed to our relaxing stay. The property is conveniently centrally located and provides quick accessibility to fun and exciting Akihabara. Loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

Had a great 5 day stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious and the design and functionality was very well thought. There was enough space to leave our luggage open unlike other hotels we’ve been to, which has bigger sq footage but didn’t really have alot of space to open luggages. The tatami dining area was also cute and the kitchen has everything we need. The washer and dryer inside the room worked great. The staff was also nice and helpful. Would definitely come back!

I used to live in Tokyo and, in addition, have spent many weeks there on business trips in various hotels and areas. What distinguishes this hotel is the combination of location, space, and amenities. First, the location provides access to all means of transport being next to the main Tokyo train station. My old office is across the street from the station complex, so I did not hesitate knowing that we would be within walking distance of wonderful restaurants, shopping, and groceries...

This was a wonderful property with a great location. The rooms were very clean and updated. We had 2 single beds and bunk beds for a family of 4. Shower/tub, Kitchenette, fridge and washing machine all in the suite was very convenient and pretty roomy for Japan. It was more of an apartment than a hotel so not many standard hotel amenities. But there was always someone at the front desk that was very helpful and all spoke English. Short walk to Hatchobori station so easy access to the subway...
