"An absolute joke, the room was nothing like the pictures, only one side table. The room felt like a store room with 80s broken floor tiles. The ensuite was no better. Was disturbed a number of times with people chatting in the hallways. Complaind in the morning with Chiara who agreed a refund of some sort should be given, even sent an email to Francesco and not even a reply. The high reviews must come from from parents visiting their kids who stay in this complex. If you don't have kids staying here, do not book here, absolute joke of a service with no follow up whatsoever from the staff."

"The location of the hotel is great if you are taking vaporetto. The building is new and modern. Breakfast was good, with wide variety of choices. The staff seem short handed, only one front desk was on duty during busy check in/out. When I arrived, the soap/shampoo was empty/not restocked. Staff had limited knowledge of transportation and gave me wrong information (please double check the info for yourself). "

"The hotel is very “meh” for what you pay. The bed is just okay, and the pillows are HORRIBLE—plus there was only one per person, so I had to ask for more. There was a hair in the shower, and there was very little complimentary water. The only good thing is that the room was spacious, but overall it felt overpriced for what it is. The location is good, and the staff is pretty average."

"The hotel is incredible and the staff is as well. We absolutely loved our stay. It was truly a unique experience. However, guests should know that because the hotel is literally incorporated into the caves, it can be physically demanding climbing all the stone stairs. People with mobility issues will definitely struggle at this hotel"
