The hotel manager, Maria, was very helpful in guiding us to a trusted overnight parking garage and was very willing in doing us a favor of mailing our package for us! The hotel location was great, very close to many of Florence’s main attractions!

This is a great place to stay in Florence. It's in a very good area. Convenient to everything. There is no breakfast provided but there is an excellent bakery/coffee shop across the street. The shower in our room was very small but we were still able to use it.

Great location. Walkable to train station, and all tourists locations. Would stay again. Only improvement would be to add an elevator. The stone stairs 3 floors up are difficult to navigate with suitcases.

Super close to the train station! So much shopping and food options close to it, important sites are walking distance and Maria was very communicative, accommodating and sweet! Had a wonderful experience staying here, would go back and stay here again! They had everything you need in the room ❤️

Convenient rooms close to train station and center

Great location! Short walk from train station, and close to all site seeing sites. It’s a busy street, but we didn't hear any noise. Check in was very easy, very friendly staff, free items in mini bar, small room but high ceiling. AC worked great. There is a breakfast place across the street. We could leave our luggage the last day for a couple of hours for free. I would recommend the place.

Amazing stay in Sette Angeli Rooms. Room was super clean and the reception personal was super lovely. Big plus for the free minibar !!! Our rooms was quite noisy due to the road close to it, but some ear foams were provided to cancel the noise.

Late checkin was straight forward. The room was clean and well stocked. The shower is a little tight so bumped the controls often. Loved the proximity to everything Florence. It's on a busy street which had its perks such ask access to food etc ... easily. Would stay again.

The room was what we needed. Ben was comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaned more in depth. When we arrived, we were given the wrong code to go through the entrance. (We arrived after the front desk person had left) after we arrived, they stopped responding to my messages asking about breakfast, which was part of our reservation. We never had breakfast at the hotel during our stay. The WiFi only worked if standing right by the door to our room.
