「Had a pleasant 2-night stay here! We loved how clean and organized the house was - even the cupboards and fridge. The bed was very cozy although quite firm. The view of the lake and sunset, and proximity to the park beach is great. Polly is very accommodating and includes delicious teas and coffees with your stay.」

「We did not stay. The front door looked like an abandoned building. We called and were directed to the right side of the building. There wasn’t parking on site. When we got up to the rooms. The lights to the bedrooms and living area where non functioning. Only the kitchen and bath had lights. I tried to switch on a bedside light it had no light bulb. We did call and she was going to send someone to check on it. By then it was 11:30 at night. We told her we would not stay there and found another...

「Stayed for the Buffalo Marathon and the location was perfect. Plenty of room, tons of linens, and the kitchen had plenty of cookware which made life easy when preparing meals. 」

「My 26yr old son and I visited the falls for a father's day weekend. We had a great visit. The apartment was sufficient. The couch was not so comfortable but we spent very little time in the residence. We were able to walk to all the local attractions even to the Canada side. We did get a lot of steps daily but it was doable. It is very close to the Senca Casino where we ate a delicious breakfast buffet every morning. The apartment was a 15 min walk to the Niagara State Park. We would stay at...
