"The place was nice and clean. I was expecting my security deposit back and I did not receive it cause I was charged for some towels and bed sheet that was stained $225 dollars not fair! Even tho we fixed the broken handle on the stove and our door went bad since the fridge didn't keep our food cold enough. I did not want to complain cause I really they wasn't gonna play me with my deposit but that was very unfair all of that comes off in the wash I'm sure "

"We were there for a tour of USF, which is a 5 minute walk to campus. The space was great for three of us, though we didn’t spend much time there. The location was great for both the university and the rest of the city. If my daughter picks the school, we’ll be back"

"We had a wonderful weekend at the Beach Villa home. The location was superb, and the place was clean and inviting. Depending on your vacation preferences, it's worth noting that the two bedrooms are quite small, with limited space around the bed. However, the mattresses were comfortable, and the corner windows helped alleviate any feelings of tightness, especially in the room with the northwest-facing view of the ocean. (lovely!) "The unit was beautiful with windows and two bedrooms. The place was very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed the deck. It was perfect for meeting our needs three girlfriends traveling together. We enjoyed the pool and the terrace deck as well. I’m glad I chose this location."

"The place was updated, clean and tidy. The rooms are as portrayed in the listing and it’s a nice neighborhood. We didn’t have any challenge with parking but be aware of the time limitations. Noise in the front bedroom was the biggest issue for us. Between street and neighborhood night noise, the room is difficult to sleep in. The back bedroom is quiet and the pull out bed in the couch is also available and quiet. I think the place could be improved by a soundproof curtain in that front alcove....

"House was perfect. Location great just as advertised. Plenty of room for four adults. Came to watch two baseball games. Although we did not use kitchen it was rather nicely equipped. Neighborhood was good and car safe in gated garage. Also great communication with owner. Thanks Steve"

"I stayed overnight for some peaceful alone time at this property. House was clean, nicely decorated and spacious. The little stream and forest outside added to the cozy cabin feel. Despite a local power outage, the owners provided generator power and were very accommodating. I will definitely stay again!"

"This charming walk up apartment is centrally located to everything in a safe area of San Francisco. Ralph is an excellent host with amazing communication. He provided restaurant and activity recommendations and checked in with us throughout the stay to ensure that things were going well. The kitchen provided many appliances and spices galore and the rooftop deck afforded us spectacular views. Everything is a short walk away including activities and more restaurants than you can imagine. If ever...

"The house is comfortable with great views of the ocean. Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Very clean. The only was the beds are a bit hard for our liking and the parking garage is a very tight fit if you are a mid-size or larger vehicle. You may have to park on the street, which is not a big deal. Overall a nice place to stay. Will stay there again."

"Our stay was perfect. The studio had everything we needed and more. It was the perfect base for our adventures as first timers to San Francisco. The location was convenient, safe and quiet.
