Garden studio oasis w/ kitchenette and private entrance

Cosy, comfortable, and quiet unit with direct access to a lovely garden. 10 min. from the airport, 30 min. from downtown via bus. Well-connected, sunny neighborhood. Free street parking. Views of the bay, mature redwood trees, easy to get to attractions. Walking distance to bustling food corridor, with restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, ATMs, pharmacy, nail salons, library, etc. Blocks from very large park with sweeping views, historic greenhouses, and unique community greenway. You have the private downstairs guest suite, while the host resides upstairs.

It is a studio setup suitable for 1-2 people and potentially one infant. Property is unavailable for more than 28 nights, such reservations cannot be prevented through VRBO but will be manually cancelled by the host. Parking is free but not dedicated, it is on the street. If you are staying for just one or two nights and desire dedicated parking, please message me. It could potentially be made available for an additional fee.

Property manager was a dream to communicate with. The location was perfect for me, and the unit provided a detailed map of the area with suggested restaurants within walking distance. The unit was well appointed, very clean and adorable. No winery- not sure why the review asks about a winery. If you have a need for a place to stay near SFO/S.San Francisco, this is a great spot. Very quiet, be prepared for hilly parking.
