"Our stay at Crowne Plaza was overall average and unfortunately did not fully meet expectations. The biggest issue was at reception — one of the front desk ladies was quite rude and not welcoming, which created a poor first impression. Customer service at check-in should feel friendly and helpful, but that was not our experience. Housekeeping and cleanliness also need improvement. The room had a noticeable bad smell, and the carpet did not appear clean. Overall cleaning standards were below what we expected from a hotel of this level. Breakfast was another disappointment, as the same items were served every day with very little variety. Additionally, no complimentary water was provided in the room. When I asked reception, I was told to purchase a small bottle from the vending machine for $3, which felt unreasonable for hotel guests. One positive point: the kitchen staff were excellent — polite, helpful, and hardworking. They were the highlight of our stay. Overall, the experience was average, and improvements in customer service, cleanliness, and guest amenities would make a big difference."

"This was our first time staying here. We usually stay at a neighboring property. I will say this much…WE WILL BE STAYING HERE FROM NOW ON! The staff was incredible. The hotel is incredible and the amenities cleanliness, and just general smell of the hotel with its diffuser and fresh flowers was obsession worthy. The only thing that we had to complain about was the Internet being very spotty and our TV not working. When you’re on vacation, the two teas have to work the toilet and the TV. So that was our only complaint. But, they did send up staff and engineer immediately to try to help us with the situation."
