「Nice private cottage in a wonderful location! Easy to walk to the main strip in Rockridge and easy access to BART and highways to get to SF. 」

「Cozy little cabin! Stayed with my husband and two dogs for 4 weeks! I didn't realize until we arrived that the house was located near a major bike blvd/protected bike lane which made so much of Berkeley and Oakland accessible. We took advantage of all the great restaurants/cafes that were walking/biking distance away (La Note, Imm, Rose Pizzeria, and more). 「悪かった点 ・ソファベッド込みでツインの部屋だったはずなのに、ソファベッドの組み立て方の説明はされないし掛け布団やブランケットが一切用意されておらず、寒くてとても困った ・カーテンが破れてボロボロ ・部屋が道路に面していたので車が通るたびにうるさい ・カーテンを開けると道路から丸見えになってしまうので防犯上の観点から閉めざるを得ず、部屋が暗かった ・お風呂にシャンプーやボディーソープなどを置く場所がなくて不便だった ・クローゼットの上段にドライヤーが置いてあったがわかりづらいし高くて取りづらかった ・部屋のドアにドアチェーン的なものがなく不安だった ・ホテルの入口が開きっぱなしなのにフロントにスタッフがおらず無人の状態のことが度々あり不安だった ・チェックアウト時にもフロントに誰もおらず電話をしたら「ルームキーをデスクに置いておくように」とだけ言われたが、無人の状態で置いていくことにとても抵抗があった 良かった点 ・チェックイン時に周辺のおすすめレストランを教えてもらえて参考になった ・ペットボトルのお水やコーヒーメーカーが無償で提供されていて有り難かった」
