"Landlord met us at the door. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location in Berkeley was perfect. communication with Joe, the landlord was great. Any question I asked was answered promptly. We will plan to stay there again when we visit Berkeley. Big,, big apartment."

Can use some maintenance - wallpaper in bedroom is peeling pretty badly. Basic amenities are provided; overall a decent value."

Our stay was during an unusual hot weekend for this time of year. We would've loved some fans to cool the place down a bit... not really the houses fault! We loved the location. I thought the bed was comfortable (My wife didn't really)"
