「Cozy little cabin! Stayed with my husband and two dogs for 4 weeks! I didn't realize until we arrived that the house was located near a major bike blvd/protected bike lane which made so much of Berkeley and Oakland accessible. We took advantage of all the great restaurants/cafes that were walking/biking distance away (La Note, Imm, Rose Pizzeria, and more). 「Place was exactly as shown, clean, welcoming. 」

「The property was in good shape, the room was clean and they had great amenities. The check in was fast and the gave information about the key card, how to get to the elevator, vending machine and ice. I did ask for the first floor when I reserved the room. I ended up on the third but the elevator was close as well as the room from the elevator. The one garbage can outside was full. By morning the birds had taken garbage out of the can. It was all over. Overall, a great stay」

「Very clean and modern unit. I really appreciated the coffee and condiments. Fully stocked kitchen with small stove and oven. Amazing water pressure in shower. Didn’t need for much except maybe foil or plastic wrap to keep my leftovers. Great communication with host. Parking was tight if other tenants didn’t stay inside their designated lines. And front gate would not stay latched, but overall pleasant stay. Perfect for two adult guests. 」

「悪かった点 ・ソファベッド込みでツインの部屋だったはずなのに、ソファベッドの組み立て方の説明はされないし掛け布団やブランケットが一切用意されておらず、寒くてとても困った ・カーテンが破れてボロボロ ・部屋が道路に面していたので車が通るたびにうるさい ・カーテンを開けると道路から丸見えになってしまうので防犯上の観点から閉めざるを得ず、部屋が暗かった ・お風呂にシャンプーやボディーソープなどを置く場所がなくて不便だった ・クローゼットの上段にドライヤーが置いてあったがわかりづらいし高くて取りづらかった ・部屋のドアにドアチェーン的なものがなく不安だった ・ホテルの入口が開きっぱなしなのにフロントにスタッフがおらず無人の状態のことが度々あり不安だった ・チェックアウト時にもフロントに誰もおらず電話をしたら「ルームキーをデスクに置いておくように」とだけ言われたが、無人の状態で置いていくことにとても抵抗があった 良かった点 ・チェックイン時に周辺のおすすめレストランを教えてもらえて参考になった ・ペットボトルのお水やコーヒーメーカーが無償で提供されていて有り難かった」

「Parking was easy and the location was fantastic. We spent a lot of time in downtown and caught a game at Oracle park! The room was clean and comfortable although the bed does sink in the middle. All in all I would recommend staying here. 」
