「We had the most perfect stay. The home is roomy yet comfy. There were six of us in town for UC Berkeley grad. Great location , close to campus, just a quick Uber ride . Walking distance to to cute restaurants and coffee shops. Everything worked great and house was clean and ready to go at check in .」

「We were disappointed with our stay. It took the front desk over an hour to find our reservation because Expedia had apparently booked it through Vrbo. Instead of resolving the issue themselves, I had to contact Expedia and provide the reservation details. To make matters worse, the power went out around 9:00 p.m., and there was no communication from the staff about what was happening. The electricity eventually came back on, but we had no idea what went wrong and if that was going to ahppen...

「Comfortable and affordable」

「This property was very dirty. I washed the cupboards, bathrooms ,and floors when we arrived. The listing says 2 bathrooms but we didn’t use the one shower because it was cracked. The neighbors were loud and woke us up every night slamming the stairway door, which made my dog bark. Then they complained about the barking. Please note that a first floor unit requires you to use an elevator AND stairs if you can’t fit in the garage. He did respond to my question about parking our truck somewhere...
