My stay was average. One male receptionist was rude and unhelpful, refusing to open the door late at night despite seeing me leave earlier and people lingering outside. Very unprofessional. However, the bilingual female receptionist was lovely, friendly, and helpful!

Overall pretty good experience here. The room was clean and overall pretty nice. Ammenity-wise the hotel didn't have ton to offer (or the staff didn't mention it, anyway), but the attached restaurant was good. The elevator was maybe the smallest passenger elevator I've ever been on- 3 of us without any bags or suitcases couldn't stand in it without rubbing elbows. They could also benefit from security that some of the other hotels have- there was no one manning the door and no swipe access needed to get upstairs via stairs or elevators.

Despite the poor reviews I read recently about the hotel, my experience was very good; it was relatively clean and very cozy, and the staff were very attentive. It is true that soundproofing is an issue, but overall I’d give it a 3 -4, fair for the price

Elevator on the verge of failure, walls lacked sound proofing. An old property with visible and cheaply done infrastructure upgrades. Staff had difficulty finding reservations and communicating. Excellent bar/restaurant attached. Window AC and ceiling fan never succeeded in circulating the stale air. The all night loud TV and smoking by my neighbors is not the hotel’s fault, but indicative of the people you will sharing a hotel in this price range with. I don’t expect more with my limited travel budget, but others might.

Super cute hotel. Staff was super helpful and kind. Very clean. Def a few things that could be easily updated, but nothing was a deal-breaker. Location is a bit sketchy, but it’s easy to adjust your plans to accommodate that- just be thoughtful about it. Will stay again for sure!

This property is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Staff are friendly and helpful. I also liked that stairs are a carpeted option to the elevator, rather than just an emergency exit stairwell.
