The location can't be beat. The hotel is fun. It has a game room with a pool table, board games, and more. This is my go-to place in SF. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and many offer great views. It is a short walk to Pier 39, and many fun things to do. The most important thing about this hotel is that the staff is beyond the beyond for pleasantness. They are some of the nicest people I have ever come across.
