"This is the oldest hotel in the world. It gas amazing hit springs, great traditional dinner and breakfast. Truly excellent Japanese experience"

"I highly recommend staying at this ryokan. It can be kinda hard to get there from Tokyo by public transport, so I recommend driving. Make sure to have enough time to explore the area and partake in activities arranged by the ryokan. The staff was super nice and accommodating. They speak English and can accommodate to food allergies."

"Lovely location and a cozy traditional family hotel with stunning views of Mt Fuji. Highly recommend!"

"Kishinobo was a wonderful stay at a Temple inn. The staff and hosts were all so nice and helpful as we navigated our way in this new area. The food was amazing and so pleasant.I thank everyone who made our stay warm and welcoming."

"Fantastic view with very friendly staff! "

"全てにおいて最高の対応でした。 ありがとうございました。 "

"We loved our stay! We’re from out of town, so being able to glamp with the needed tools to cook was such a fun experience. It’s also a good location to do activities at Mt. Fuji and the nearby lakes. Not all staff spoke English, so we had to use a translation app to communicate. Despite this, they were all very professional and helpful. One thing to note, it is in the nature so there are bugs and leaf that got in the room. Bring bug spray!"

"Incredible team, services and meal quality. A truly "Hot Spot" ;)"

"Hotel was clean but we were told it was a love hotel that also offered rooms by the hour. Found things in room we weren’t used to and although it was a clean room we felt we should have been told ahead of time."

"Amazing place, beautiful location in the mountains. The staff were the best part, picking us up from Hinoharu Station when we asked. Loved it here, would highly recommend as someone who can only speak English."

"湖の畔にあり、ロケーションがとても素敵でした。 朝食も大変美味しいものでした。"

"We absolutely loved Yamate Inn. The staff was very friendly, the room was decent, and it’s in a great location; lots of neat places along the street on which it lies. If we return to Kofu (likely) we will definitely seek it out again."

"Nice onsen, good facilities"

"Amazing place to feel at home in a new country. Views were amazing, we did find a huge spider in the sheets but what can we do in the woods??"

"非常に気きれいで静かなホテルです。コンテナハウスの面白い作りになってますが、 普通のホテルと変わりない部屋ですね。 駐車場も目の前にあり安心です。 ただ周りに歩いて行ける飲食店が少ないです。"

"料理がとても美味しいかったです！お酒も！"

"The property is very nice and had no problems with staff. They were very nice and helpful. However, for those looking to access public transportation this hotel is not for you. I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). Have to use taxi to get to station. So if you have a car or other...
