"An amazing experience. The 'mountain view room' lived up to its name. Unbelievable view of Mt.Fuji. Resort is connected to the theme park by its own private entrance. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. The dining was amazing. Thoroughly recommend."

"Pickup from bus station was very welcome. Our room was large and lovely and we had a marvellous view over the lake. On our final day we had fabulous views from the fire exit and from the rooftop observatory to Mt Fuji which was magical. The onsen was a lovely experience, exceptionally clean and relaxing, with comfortable yukata (robes) provided. The full breakfast was massive and delicious, again with lovely views of lake. We enjoyed playing pool in the games room, and the laundry under the hotel was convenient. The library was also a nice space. Lots of local food options, and convenient to attractions like Kubota Itchiku Art Museum (kiminos). Beds comfortable. Only minor thing that might have made the stay more comfortable would be having a bench to put luggage on as it is not allowed in the bedroom/ tatami area. Otherwise, perfect. Staff very welcoming and friendly and a lift back to bus station at the end of our stay as well."
