「Since the magnetivcs of the card key is not warkble , it was often rewritten.The reception desk gave me sightseeing infomation in various ways.The room was comfortably maintaind and the shower was comfortable.Toilet seat was very low. You should not choose breakfast.」

「Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Especially the breakfast Maitre D who went out of his way to be helpful and add tomatoes to my full English breakfast. Not so helpful on overnight resident parking charges at £12 per night. Quite an unpleasant surprise! 」

「The staff provided stupendous customer service, friendly, helpful, attentive. The room was spacious and a modern big bathroom too. Just couldn't fault anything. It was handy having a fridge in the room and a microwave」

「Enjoyed my stay, everything was in the grounds that you could need. Breakfast was excellent, perfect if you have an event at the ICC. Rooms are little dated in the Manor House but for the price , can’t complain. The staff were really friendly, felt looked after by them. 」
