「I am astounded at the rudeness of the staff. I called days before our trip and added the pet deposit. Their website says pet friendly. When we checked in, they placed us in a room that doesn't allow pets. They then said we had to "get rid" of our pet in order to stay there. 「We had an Ocean view room when we arrived to the hotel. We did not know the hotel we arrived to was not our original hotel so we were really upset before we even got to experience it. 「This hotel was so sketchy. I asked for a room on higher level, as I was a female traveling alone, and they could not accommodate. They put me in a first floor room, where directly outside my window a Walmart truck driver was sleeping and I got the feeling he was just peering in through the cracks of the curtains(they wouldn’t close 100%) the entire time. I walked outside to get some air at one point, and two more truck drivers were just using the parking lot to sleep in and just staring at me....
