"Great for our short rest stop for my family road trip"

"First of all I’m giving the daytime desk clerk this rating. The nighttime desk clerk was completely opposite, she was efficient, so sweet, and a pleasure to work with. The daytime clerk was very rude and acted like she did not want to do her job. We tried to check in at two o’clock. Parking lot was fairly empty and we often have no problem checking-in at that time. She told us check-in time is at 4:00 and rooms won’t be ready until then. If I hadn’t paid for my room in advance, I would’ve just moved on to another hotel. We decided to go shopping but nothing was in the area that kept our attention, so we went back to the hotel and waited in the parking lot when we saw her leave at 3:00. We went back inside to try again. This time we got a room right away. The room was okay, the bed was very comfortable but that trundle bed/sofa was not at all comfortable for sitting. "
