「I stayed at your Fairfield Inn for two nights while in town for my mother’s funeral. I originally booked a king room but was moved to a double due to overbooking. Both nights I was awakened at 12:30 a.m. by a loud pinging and dripping noise from the AC unit. I reported the issue after the first night and was told maintenance would address it, but the problem continued the second night. I was unable to get proper rest during an already difficult time. 「Staff are nice and friendly. No restaurants was in walking distance. No tissue. Wifi connection was sometime weak.」

「The room was good but they need to change the pillows, two of the pillows had mildew on them. The breakfast was good but the orange juice machine was not working, also they need better. Communication with house keeping I thought check was at 12 twice housekeeping came to the room asking if we were checking out no one should have knocked on our door until after 12 even if we did or didn’t ask for late check out.」

「設備の古さによるトラブルはありました。冷蔵庫が壊れた　トイレが詰まった　ドアがおかしい　など。でもスタッフに話すとすぐに対処してくださいました。スタッフはとても親切で　やさしかったです。自分の部屋のように　過ごせました。私たちのつたない英語でも　一生懸命対応してくださり　ありがたかったです。また　こちらに仕事で行きますので　宜しくお願いします。」

「Better value for the money at the other budget hotels in the area. The room was clean but was in need of basic maintenance, the vanity mirror light turned itself on and off often, no fan in the bathroom so it smelled musty, power button was completely missing off air conditioner so I had to stick my finger down into the unit to start the AC. Only positives were the bed was super comfy and no bed bugs! I wouldn't stay again. 」

「An excellent hotel, located right off I-95. It is a sufficiently quiet and peaceful place to rest after a long drive. There was a decent breakfast in the morning, but the pool was closed—which might be important to some people.」

「I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. The room, beds, and bathroom were all very clean, and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. The only downside was that there was no safe in the room. Because of that, I had to carry my cash and credit cards with me instead of being able to store them securely.」
