Rooms need to be more throughly cleaned after each check out. Clean towels and wash cloths replaced daily. My shower had someone else’s hair in it around the shampoo and conditioner bottle.

Everything was good about the hotel except for the black mold in the shower ceiling drywall. it was BAD, to the point i limited my time in the bathroom.

Walked into the room and it was a burst of smoke then walked into the room and started the inspection process stains in the carpet, tears in the carpet,bed got bad spots on it and night nightstand had damaged

Not worth the stay if it was FREE

The service was terrible, no greeting, kept me waiting with no explanation and lack of empathy for the reason I needed to stay. The room stunk horribly bad - I had to leave the door open until bedtime. The shower has random black hairs in the tub and on the shower wall. I slept on top of the bedding for fear of bed bugs. And, I put a plastic bag over the pillows and laid on the throughout the night. The heating unit was the only good thing in my rm 222. My nonsmoking room also smelled of cigarette smoke and top of the other putrid smell. I purposely left early to get the hell out of there so, I can’t speak on their breakfast.

Had a great time with friends. Comfy beds. Weird tv remote but kind and friendly staff got us a new ones. Clean room. Weird marks/scratches on the walls and a single hole. Overall awesome room, good price. Will definitely think about staying again next time I'm in NC.

The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. It smelled a bit musty at first or as if a smoker had used ur but I'd air it and the air con unit being left on helped. Breakfast was adequate with oatmeal or waffles plus apples.

Check in was fast, friendly, and efficient. Parking spots are wide enough exterior entrances, but the area is safe. Close to main roads however, the room was quiet. Room was clean housekeeping even came in first morning, replaced towels, and pulled trash! Only opportunity for improvement was breakfast. muffins, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, and yogurt. Only hot option was waffles.

The only problem I had was the shower I couldn't never get it to work and that is the second time that I have had that room and I would like for them to mop the floors so that when you're walking barefoot you won't get your feet dirty

Accommodating staff, comfortable room

My first room was too noisy (noisy neighbors), so I asked to move to a quieter area. The staff was very accommodating. My new room was quiet and comfortable.
