The room was clean; however, there were several issues that impacted our stay. We had difficulty getting clean towels, and the breakfast selection was poor and very limited. The biggest concern was the noise early in the morning. Around 6:00 a.m., a staff member was loudly cleaning or organizing a supply closet located outside the guest rooms, which woke guests on the floor. When the concern was brought to the staff member’s attention, the response was simply, “I have a job to do.” Unfortunately, the lack of consideration and customer service was disappointing.

Hotel was listed as having an indoor and outdoor pool but no pool on the property. To be branded as a Hilton hotel I expected cleaner and more amenities. This hotel was previously something else about a year ago. It seems the only thing that did change was the name. I does not represent the Hilton brand well.

As I entered the property it was obvious that it had been recently upgraded. The paint seemed fresh throughout the property and cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk employees were very helpful. I will stay there again when I'm in town.

Hotel staff was very unprofessional. Upon checking in… front desk wasn’t friendly or welcoming- was on her cell phone while checking me in. Upon checking out it was early in the morning… no one was at the front desk. I waited for over 20 minutes at the front desk waiting for a front desk agent…. NEVER CAME! I had to leave the room keys & her note at the front desk. Overall a very disappointing experience.

There was poop smeared on the wall in the bathroom and there were roaches in the room. I have never been so disturbed and disgusted with a hotel room in my life. Safe to say I will never stay there again.

The hotel staff was outstanding they were attentive and handled my housekeeping request. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. My room was clean well stocked and everything appeared to work as expected. The shower pressure and temperature was perfect.

The staff was the best part of the stay! The hotel was updated and you can tell the effort made, but there were hair ties in my room, dirt/debris in corners under bathromm vanity, and dust on the top of the headboard. This was a last-minute reservation and I booked off of the reviews I saw. I will probably not book here again, but good if you are on a budget and need something quick and friendly.

The internet did not work. To sign into the internet with your name and room number, my name and room was apparently not in the system and the staff could not solve this for me. I really needed the internet and didn't get to use it. The room was fine and clean but I did not get all I expected since I could not use the internet.

The room and staff was okay but the breakfast was not what we expected. My family booked 5 rooms in that hotel. The breakfast was not what we're used to having. Next time, we will select a different hotel.
