「The location of this home is perfect. Walking distance to everything the town has to offer. This is an older home that has been upgraded, but could still use a few more updates. 」

「The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. 」

「Had a great time in an elegantly spooky first floor apartment within walking distance from downtown. The host was responsive and provided instructions in advance. Would definitely stay again! 」

「The pictures were accurate, and the rooms were spacious. However, the space was not clean. There was an unpleasant smell near the entrance. The oven and coffee maker were dirty, and there were chemicals all over the oven. The TV controllers were not working, but they looked for them and gave us replacement controls. Bring your own towels because the ones they provided had a bad smell, even though we only used them to step on after showering. Considering the price, I don’t think it was worth it.」

「Such a wonderful spot, super clean and spacious within walking distance of downtown Salem! The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was fully stocked. We loved our stay and appreciated the ease of check-in. 」

「This was the perfect place to stay as we came to watch our daughter graduate from Endicott! The place was roomy and immaculate. We loved the updated kitchen and bath. It’s also walking distance to the Mission Boathouse Restaurant and downtown Beverly.」

「We had a lovely time! The suite is beautiful and very close by to the red line so we didn't have to drive into town. Eddie was incredibly responsive, and made the stay wonderful!」

「House was impeccably clean and designed so beautifully. The location was a quiet little street full of lovely historic homes. The beds were so comfortable! Joe was a super nice and responsive host and helped us out when our flight got changed and our arrival time was several hours earlier than expected. We truly enjoyed our stay here.」
