"Clean rooms and great location "

"The hotel overall can use a major upgrade. Path to the rooms is not welcoming, through a few doors, with 1 elevator that is quite dated and making loud noise with each use. But overlooking these characters, the pros: the room itself is clean, nice linens, towels. Daily maid service. With adequate supply (single use shampoo/conditioner/body wash...). The cons: Tub needs renovation and an updated shower head. (Currently only and old stye showerhead, not a handheld one), water pressure is good, but carpet, paints, etc.. could use a refresher. Breakfast room is well kept, well stocked; the food is basic: hot cereal, waffles, toasts, bagels..fruits, juice, coffee, tea..Fair space with nice view of the front driveway outside. Parking lot is a good size, the road immediately in the front is tricky (the median blocks the entrance thus, the car must do a Uturn to get out of the area, instead of following the main road which is a longer route). Overall this hotel has good location (30 mins walk to Field Corner subway stn) and some convenient stores/ gas stn nearby; the price is fair with breakfast until 10am, a real bonus! It has its own parking lot, this is a bonus in Boston! it can use some TLC though, which will make the stay more pleasant. "

"We had a fantastic three-day stay at the Harborside Inn of Boston. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet, and its location was incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The only downside for us was the lack of a complimentary morning coffee station. However, there are a couple of chain coffee shops just a short walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"A really great place. Close to trains. A nice beach nearby. Great rooms. Clean and staff are all so awesome friendly "

"Staff, room and amenities were great. Walls were so thin I heard the entire conversations in the room next to mine (they weren’t yelling). It was an adjoining room so request not to be in one of those and it should be fine. Otherwise hotel was great. "

"My room had the hairdryer not working and needed replacement, the shampoo bottle was empty and bed sheets almost worn out. Breakfast on Monday by 9:30 AM bagels were out and there was no refill, as if it is first come first served but breakfast area was croded and hotel should accomodate for the numbets."

"Very Discouraged of the lack of luggage carts. Couldn't find any when checking in or out.. Was told there are only two onsite and somone must have left them in their room."

"We used the open space to host our employee meeting before a conference we were attending. Plenty of space. Kitchen was very nice and open. "
