Hilton Boston Back Bay

Hilton Boston Back Bay

8/10 Good
"Evacuation of the rooms at 2:00 am over a false alarm was not fun especially with 1 elevator not working. Coffee ending at 8:00 am was disappointing as well. Rooms were comfortable and the bell hop was great!"

"The hotel was quiet and in a good location. The staff was fine but not super welcoming. The rooms were clean and roomy and updated. The continental breakfast was limited to packaged muffins and green apples and boxed orange juice and coffee. Best to skip it. Water bottles each day in the room was nice. The shower water pressure was great and plenty of hot water. I would stay here again."

"We booked this hotel before taking a cruise. The bathrooms are great training for being on a cruise ship because they are tiny! The shower in the cruise ship was actually larger. Still a great hotel and well situated for Boston Common and all the sights of this great city."

"Clean room, helpful and kind staff. Great location for restaurants and shopping. Enjoyed breakfast at hotel. Room was a little dark for me but in line with the moody vibe of the hotel which was cool. Shower was great and nice bathroom, although vanity surrounding sink looked dated. Will stay again when in Boston!"
