We have stayed at the Westin a number of times . It's consistently a great experience. Clean room , spacious , great staff , great restaurants on property and excellent access to Copley and The Pru for retail and dining and totally walkable to the rest of Back Bay . Another plus the orange and green lines are very close by as well Easy to get to the Sox game or just about anywhere else .

The hotel was incredibly clean, the beds were comfortable and just the right softness with super soft bedding, and the special touch of having a small roll on bottle of lavender oil was awesome. I hadn’t seen that before and it was a nice touch.
