Cons: rooms are small and beds are tiny. The "rooftop" is a joke. There was construction goin on right outside the hotel. "

"Lovely hotel situated in a perfect position to explore Florence on foot. Hotel staff were fantastic, all were very helpful and welcoming. The pool is excellent and with the high temperatures in Florence during our visit, was great for spending an afternoon relaxing in. My only negative was that the air conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked and expected. This was definitely the case in our room but also throughout the hotel. "
