Staff, location, and the apartment were all 10/10! Novella welcomed us at the property. She was incredibly friendly, very informative, and gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The flat was spotless and very well set up. Additional towels were provided, and we really appreciated the little extras like shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap. The kitchen was fully functional too, with everything we needed. I highly recommend this stay if you’re looking for a quieter neighbourhood that still has all the amenities nearby. The apartment is really spacious, and having two bathrooms was a huge plus. We stayed for three nights and walked everywhere. It was freezing outside, but the apartment was warm and cosy, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent and the area is lovely, perfect for exploring the city. My only suggestion would be to add felt pads under the chair legs, as moving the chairs can be a bit noisy. We will definitely be back!

Muy satisfecho de la estancia en estos apartamentos. La habitación era funcional, pero acogedora, confortable y muy tranquila. Eso a pesar de estar ubicado en el Oltrarno,una zona con cierta actividad nocturna. Aunque no hicimos uso de ella, dispone de cocina completa (con menaje incluido) y cafetera. Te proporcionan gratuitamente un surtido de cápsulas de café y diversas infusiones, Excelente atención del personal, en particular de Rinaldo. Muy amables y atentos.

Great location to all attractions, restaurants, station, grocery, and laundromat. An elevator is available, very secure and safe in getting in the hotel. Room size was great with a functioning kitchenette. The basics are provided and is acceptable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. The only thing that prevented me to give it a 5 star is that you have no control of the rooms' temperature because the AC is locked to the hotel's setting, so if you want some air you have to either have a portable fan or open the windows. Thank god there weren't any mosquitoes or bugs that came in whenever we did need to open it.( the thin curtain acted as a screen/net). Will definitely still return and stay again.

Palazzo Mannaioni was the perfect place to stay in Florence, walkable to everything, but nestled away from the crowds. Set in the Oltrarno district, there was a grocery store around the corner, a couple of wine bars down the street, lots of reasonable eateries in the area, and the most tasty and well-priced gelato 5 minutes away. Everyone on staff was courteous, friendly and helpful. Our apartment was clean and modern, with a lovely view out the window to a courtyard across from a church. We couldn’t have picked a better place!

The hotel is in a great location, the rooms are spacious and well equipped and the staff is very nice and helpful. Unfortunately there is absolutely no soundproofing in the rooms. If someone just moves a chair above you, you feel like the furniture is moving and the noise from the street is also great. It is not possible to sleep on the sofa bed. It is incredibly uncomfortable.
