The hotel is very conveniently located, and the staff was extremely helpful to us. We enjoyed the breakfast with Luca and the happy hour with Alec. Wish we could have brought the amenities home.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and transit. The streets are filled with history and the squares are beautiful with evening entertainment. Great breakfast and the staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend this location to anyone who travels to Florence.

This is my first time leaving the country(US) and I’m not sure if I could have asked for a better experience! I felt welcomed by all of the staff and the food was amazing and it was very local to everything that I needed to do. The room was very awesome and it was nice and cool to avoid the heat. The best staff member to recognize was a lovely waiter at breakfast. The room though spacious as a jr suite offered nothing more than instant coffee in a paper cup. For $500 a night I want more than powdered coffee and the cleaning staff don’t even take a dirty cup with tea bag out of the room. I wouldn’t go back.

Carpet is old and dirty in room 302 Jr Suite, Mattress is used and uncomfortable, elevator doors close fast may hit you, service at breakfast is good, food average, well located close to many important Florence sites to visit and to train station, urgent need of a whole remodel and needs and non step entrance for wheelchair, I do not recommend
