Our stay was amazing! We were welcomed very warmly and appreciated that the front desk was staffed 24/7. The location couldn't be beat and our view of the Duomo was incredible. We enjoyed how spacious the room was and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. Our room was clean and we appreciated the slippers and toothbrush kits provided. We could be totally packed and came back after breakfast to brush our teeth and pick up our packed luggage. It was our last night in Italy and we turned out all the lights and gazed out at the lit Duomo on our futon. Great way to end the trip.

This hotel is in a fantastic location with great friendly staff. The continental breakfast is a welcome addition. The entrance and stairwell are a little tired, but these things are outweighed by the location and staff.

Liked: Staff & service
On arrival our room smelled like sewer gas and they upgraded us to a nicer room that had a little balcony and nice closet. The staff were really nice. Breakfast was your typical boiled eggs that were hard to peel, lunch meat, tomatoes and cheese. Various cakes, breads and croissants. It was 1 block from the duomo and major attractions. They sold beer and we were able to play dice in the breakfast area. My only downside was the tiny elevator for 2 people to reach the hotel and scary stairs to get to it.
