The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is absolutely unbeatable — close to everything we wanted to see and do. Breakfast was a daily highlight, with delicious options and attentive service. And surprisingly, the best coffee we had in Florence was right at the hotel! The only downside was the room itself — it was quite small and lacked natural light. The bathroom also had very limited counter space; adding a small shelf for toiletries would make a big difference.

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of Florence Our stay in this centrally located Florence hotel was absolutely delightful. The staff went above and beyond—always warm, welcoming, and genuinely interested in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The quality of the stay at the Brunelleschi is wonderful, from the first greetings by door and front desk staff, housekeeping, breakfast and restaurant staff alike, everyone helped us feel well relaxed and easy. The room and general hotel appointments are lovely, but of course its people make the stay special.

Location & Amazing Staff

The doorman, Umberto, was the top of his profession. We were lost driving into the city - they sent a person 6 blocks over to walk us down the streets to the front of the hotel. The hotel is lovely and the best location. I've stayed in Florence many times - I will return to this hotel from now on.

I have never in my LIFE had a better hotel experience. We received an upgrade to the pool suite - one word, WOW. We were absolutely blown away by the amenities, the service, the room, the food, the view. I could go on. Will recommend this hotel to anyone who will listen.
