「This is a very clean and nice hotel. It feels brand new and the staff was incredibly friendly and polite. My only complaint was the noise. It seems like when building this hotel, they really cheaped out on soundproofing. 「The woman who checked us in was extremely nice. Good breakfast. The manager was not very helpful when the toilet kept clogging. He fixed it, but then it wouldn’t flush properly. At check out, he didn’t even offer anything for the inconvenience. I had to say something. He said he couldn’t give us any money back because we booked through Expedia. Instead, he said he could sign us up for Best Western Rewards. The points that he would have given us were a low amount that would take many more stays...

「Excellent overnight stay! Property itself is very clean and quiet. Shanee greeted us as we arrived with a big smile and kindness. This morning we were greeted at the breakfast bar by Lupe’, who is an A+ asset to this property. She has excellent work ethics and goes above and beyond to keep the area clean and stocked well. We will stay here again. Thank you!」

「Excellent breakfast made to order. Restaurant and bar connected with slot machines that we enjoyed after a super long day of driving. Would definitely go back. Fair price.」

「Due to limited number of drivers I could not book the shuttle bus. Working folks friendly greeted me to feel safe to stay.」

「Booked and paid for a room. Called ahead to let them know I'd be coming in at 1am and was assure drhe room would be available. Arrived at 12.30 to be told they'd sold the room and were now sold out. Was told they'd refund the cost but had to chase them up to do so. At least the gut who got stuck with this was polite and got me abothee room at a different property. Inexcusable ineptitide for whoever was to blame.」

However, please reserve rooms for families with kids on the first floor or another area. Both nights kids were running the hall, screaming, riding the luggage cart while their parents were either in the room or another part of the building.
