「From a 20 year former hotel General Manager I can honestly say that this was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at and I’ve stayed at 5 star properties. Every staff interaction was top notch highlighted by Dorian. For someone who only has a few weeks in hotels under his belt he has management material written all over him. I prided myself on growing talent during my career and have a good eye for it. Management and Management company listen up! Give Dorian a shot and he will make you...

「Our room was terrible trash and food under the bed and nightstand. The furniture was outdated and stunk really bad. I don’t think that room has been cleaned in a long time there was even mold on the ceiling. The staff were friendly and the appearance of the outside was really great but that’s about it. Definitely not staying there again」

「Difficulty checking in. Did not receive the room I reserved. Had to go back to the front desk 3 times to get the correct room. The room was dingy and the room needs an update. Bathroom had mold around the caulking in the bathroom. The windows were open and I could only get one to latch completely. There was no phone in the room which I consider a safety hazard. If there had been an emergency with my 94-year-old mother traveling with me, there was no phone to contact the front desk. I was told by...

「The staff was polite and welcoming upon arrival. The facilities appeared clean and reasonably well kept. The complimentary breakfast was extremely helpful and well done every morning. There is a place for customers to sit outside and even a place for customers to smoke in a different area outside away from the non-smokers that wanted to sit outside. There is ample parking and the place is about 2 minutes from the highway and a major truck stop which made it very easy to get to and it felt very...

「急遽泊まりました。設備は古臭い感じがしますが綺麗です。スイートと言っても広いだけで豪華な感じはありません。」

「Two of the staff that we dealt with were nice but the property itself was terrible. When we arrived, our shower was not working and it took two days for someone to come fix it. All of the bedding and curtains were wrinkled and did not look clean. The phone in the room was broken. The carpet was so dirty. Our socks were black after walking on it. There were holes in the bathtub wall. There were muddy footprints on the bathroom floor. They advertised a free breakfast, but the only thing that I...

「We loved the breakfast. There was a lot of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was good. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.」

「My biggest objection is that common touch items such as light switch, thermostat, etc. were not clean. Just giving a room a thorough cleaning should be a given. Our room was shabby. Everything was dinged up. No towel racks in the bathroom, so what do you do with your wet towel? The heat/ac unit was extremely noisy, which is not conducive to restful sleep. The room darkening curtain was torn and hooks were not attached. The young woman at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The...

「Enjoyable, clean, friendly staff.」

「Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. The items available for purchase was above and beyond. Convenience store level and included refrigerated foods and ways to heat it up right there. The new pancake machine was the main focus of breakfast. Hot coffee and cocoa was available for chats in the lobby area with other guests we were in town with. The room was clean, quiet and cool. Definitely glad we switched things up this trip and tried this hotel.」
