"Shower didn’t drain and zero towels in room to start… shower leaked all over the floor Reno just isn’t done will prolly be much better when it is, a lot of chipped paint and broken/ splintered door frames for 259 a night… tv was also about 20ft from end of the bed.. at 40in you can’t see it lol"

"the first 2 days we ended up in a room the air didn't work . it was very hot but the hotel was sold out and the moment a room came available to staff was very nice and moved us and took money off our bill .
