「The breakfast menu was limited but nourishing. I do think with type of crowd in the area this weekend for several big events, it could have been a little more diversified. There needs to be 2 griddles for pancakes and eaffles. The staff was very accommodating. They room syaff needs to pay aayentiob to. cleaning the area around and on the shampoo and conditioning bottles. Parking was great and convenient 」

「The place was super run down and filthy, there were buckets all over to catch leaks from the ceiling!! I was approached several times by prostitutes seemed super unsafe but had to stay there for work and was past the refund time!! Would NEVER stay there again, stay far away!!」

「The hotel was clean and looked great. The service was also great. Not a lot to choose from for breakfast, but their coffee was awesome, though 👍. Not a lot of hotels serve good coffee based on my traveling experience, but this one does. Additionally, their pool was clean and operational.」

「My husband and I were visiting Plainfield on a business trip and absolutely adored staying at the Plainfield Inn. The location was continently located and we were able to easily walk to all the lovely local restaurants and coffee shops in downtown Plainfield. For such a historic building it is very well maintained, and we enjoyed the updated modern amenities (mini fridge, microwave, and spacious shower). I would highly recommend the inn for your stay in Plainfield!」

「We had an amazing stay! The hotel was very clean, and the later pool hours were a huge plus. The pool being open until 11 PM worked out perfectly since our two girls were excited to swim even though we arrived later in the evening. After checking out, one of my daughters accidentally left her squishy behind in the room. I called the front desk about an hour later, and they immediately had housekeeping check for it. They were able to find it and kindly kept it at the front desk until we...

「We weren't able to make our first date of our reservation due to unexpected illness and they forfited our reservation kept all our money and re-rented out our room to someone else and then cause they were the only hotel with a room available we had to book another room for our stay and charged us premium rates for it. Terrible customer service.」
