"Para empezar, yo reserve una habitación con cama king para mi y mi esposa y cuando llegamos hacer el check in y subimos a la habitación era de 2 camas separadas. Cuando fui a reclamar al lobby la persona me dijo que no habia mas habitaciones y para colmo yo habia pagado hasta un seguro de $15 para asegurar que mi habitación no la cogeria mas nadie. No tuvimos mas remedio que coger la habitación ya que teniamos que coger un vuelo el dia que hacíamos el check out. En la habitación olia a humedad las camas eran viejas que hasta sonaban los ganchos por debajo no haboa jabon para el baño asi qie tuvimos que salir a comprarlo los conectores eléctricos son ta viejos qué nada de lo que conectabamos se "

"The room was clean and on the 1st floor and I was able to park car in front of my room window. Bed was comfortable and sufficient comfy pillows. Loved the zero walk in shower with handicapped bars on 3 sides. Room was large and comfy with Refrigerator & ice maker close to the room. Breakfast was typical Coffee, juice & waffles but scrambled eggs & sausage and biscuits also available, which was a pleasant surprise. "

"The hotel needs many repairs. The carpet on the stairs is ripped in several places. The floors were dirty. There was a hole in the wall of our room. And other signs of neglect. On the positive, the room smelled clean and the receptionists were very nice and helpful. "

"Terrible. I got banned because I had a guest come over. His appearance was a little rough . He got to the hotel before I was Ava to let him in the room so he sat in the lobby (the security guard says he was in the lobby and walking around butcher states he was sitting by the stairs until I was ready smthe security guard told me he didn’t like people and that he needed to leave I let him in the room as I had the king suite the sofa has a pullout bed I don’t see why I wouldn’t have be allowed a guest. The security guard said he’s not going to kick him out but I can and I’m like no he was invited in he did not cause any issues he was quiet and kept to himself. The next morning I went to recheck in and the manager told me that was going to be my last day there and that I could not have that guest there. Well being as that my guest was WITH me I didn’t kick him out me and everyone in my room was quiet all day I stepped out a couple times for a cigarette. At some point him and my bf went to the speedway to get some drinks and snacks for us and as soon as the two left the security guard called me (this was like 4 am as my bf had to be up early for work.) and tells me I am not going to be able to extend my stay I asked why and I was told because of strange “traffic and that I was told not to have my guest there Y? so they made me put my family outside in the cold to freeze with no car or no other place to go I think this was very inhumane and ridiculous and now I’m banned . REFUND ME"
