「Carpets filthy. Microwave dish way too big for the microwave so it didn’t work properly. Fridge wouldn’t get cold. Asked for clean towels for the room and was told they didn’t have enough, had run out. Updating seriously needed. Scheduled cleaning not done, had to ask. Walls dirty. Power outage during rainstorm. No emergency lighting in the hallways. Left early. Staff were polite.」
