What you should know - you are in a bay with THIRTY other boats surrounded by mangrove bushes so you cannot see the ocean. The disappointment upon arrival was immediate.The boat is far older in person than the listing photos suggest. The gentle rocking was only noticed if you looked for it, slept well on comfy bed with great pillows. Neighbors were all so nice and found catfish, turtles and a small gater. Perfect location if you want to walk the Historic Pensacola downtown area. Easy drive over the bridge to the beaches. The houseboats are clean, fresh and comfortable. 「I don't regret staying here.. but I don't know that I'd do it again unless some things were different. The closet is not usable as a place to put any sizable luggage so we had to put ours in the entry. A better way to do their AC/dehumidifier setup is needed; it is both in the closet and outside of it on one end and the other its just there.
