「First the good. It is a relatively new place and everything looks just like it does in the pictures. The upper deck was enjoyable in the morning and evenings. Everything was clean and well kept. Now for the bad1. The slip numbers are not visible by driving by you need to get out a walk up to the power box to find the slip numbers. No sign on the property to tell you that you are there. 2. 「There is nothing like living on the water - so relaxing and peaceful. Dinghy worked out well. We saw several manatee and had a dolphin show a couple days which was awesome. What you should know - you are in a bay with THIRTY other boats surrounded by mangrove bushes so you cannot see the ocean. You cannot put toilet paper in the toilet and are to take your trash to a “public” trash can.
