「The houseboat were a great experience not only for the kid's but the adults also. Seeing the manatees swim around the cove was awesome! It was a great place to meet your neighbors as the porches are very close. The swimming pool is a great addition to the property! If going back to the area, I would definitely go there again! We really enjoyed our visit there!」

「Great place. Quaint. Good parking. Pool was nice, with outside bathrooms/changing areas and showers that were very clean. Extra pool towels were great to have. Air worked well to cool the boat. We struggled hooking up WiFi was our only complaint, but only with the tv and some computer apps. Minor inconvenience. Nice facility and we would stay again. Host was helpful and responsive.」

「I don't regret staying here.. but I don't know that I'd do it again unless some things were different. The closet is not usable as a place to put any sizable luggage so we had to put ours in the entry. A better way to do their AC/dehumidifier setup is needed; it is both in the closet and outside of it on one end and the other its just there. I don't know much about boats; however, I would think there should be a solution that could be done similarly to RVs where they have ceiling mount...
