It was very tranquil and comfortable

This was perfect for our family. We brought nanny, and got the two bedroom. Our young girls slept on the pull out couch. Pool is beautiful, cute bar. No beach… the pictures on the website trick you into thinking beach is right there. They also don’t clean your room everyday.

Walkable location. Older hotel, newly refurbished rooms. Great air conditioning. Nice pool. Omelet station for breakfast. Kind , helpful staff, would stay here again

Loved the place. Beautiful and large pool. Free Shuttle service to downtown . Trolly stops right at door. Tiki bar on site is great. Room is awesome. Easy parking views are amazing. 2 free drinks at bar per each nights stay. Concierge sevice booked my dive trip.

Great for a relaxing weekend, quiet hotel not too far from the main tourist center. We love the shuttle service provided by the hotel and his driver Gerry who guided us in every short trips. The only advice to the hotel is to provide the housekeeping service everyday without being requested by the guest, we expected this service to be included since the hotel charged an extra 51.00 usd per night!

Upon our arrival, the sight of 2 iguanas on the lounging on the bridge by the pristine water at the back of the property had my entire family out of the minivan at lightning speed. They followed one, which lead them to trees full of these beautiful lizards. The front desk personnel, a very amiable gentleman, was very friendly and welcoming. The Duval House was absolutely precious. The garden courtyard was beautifully taken care of with plenty of nooks to sit in. The pool is mostly shaded for the hottest part of the day, which seemed especially valuable in comparison to other BnBs. Our room was very comfortable with probably the best bed I’ve been in at a hotel or BnB. And all of the staff was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. Even KissKiss, the property cat, made the rounds to our room to make sure everything was in perfect...

Hyatt Centric was a great choice. We loved the view of the water. It has a very nice pool and pool bar restaurant. There is a small beach area also. We had breakfast at Flamingo's and it was excellent. You can walk to Duval street very easily. We will be back.

I loved the apartment, it was very comfortable. The pool area was amazing. I would definitely stay again.

The Douglas House served as a perfect home base while in Key West. The location allows for easy access to all Duval has to offer. Really enjoyed being able to hear the national anthem being played every morning at 8 from the Navy base..

Great location & they were very accommodating! Only 1 room left with twin beds which was fine except the room was angled & therefore both sides of the room had 4' ceilings. It was peculiar shape and somewhat uncomfortable.

The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Everyone was wonderful. The property was immaculate. The hotel was a perfect location. The only negative would be that the Disney cruise ship passengers were able to use the amenities such as the pool restroom. The restroom was located by the pool so we had to wait in line at least 15 minutes. Would have been faster going back to our room but that would be annoying.

We stayed two nights in the 3-bedroom suite. Everything, from the moment of arrival, was top rate. The front desk attendant was in contact with me via text to ensure a smooth and efficient check in before arrival and was a great help with local recommendations at check in. Great experience @ Opal Key Resort, excellent accommodations , great staff and wonderful location to watch the sunset from your balcony. I'll recommend it to family and friends and I'll definitely come back!
