Our balcony was perfect for two and the room was the quietest room (no noise) in which we have ever stayed. We upgraded to a view of the gulf and watched the boats pass by on their way to and from the marina...beautiful! This Hyatt is a five minute walk to Duval St. with all of the shops, restaurants and the marina nearby...wonderful place to stay!
