"When we arrived for check in, the security guard did not have our name on the list and asked us to contact the company that owns the property. We tried to message through VRBO and that wasn’t working so we took it upon ourselves go find the number for Vandell Vacations. We spoke to two different women over the course of 3 hours who could not get us into the property and continued to say that this had never happened before. The last woman we spoke to claimed to call VRBO and try to find us...
