「This is a shared space. You get your own room but you share a bathroom and common areas with other people staying in the house. The host is nice and provides water and tea. With it being a shared restroom, there is sometimes a wait for the restroom but there are two to use. All in all it was a pretty nice experience BUT if I knew it was a shared space with other guests I probably would not have booked.」

「Very clean, very well kept, and enjoyed our stay. Quite hours are from 7am-9pm, which wasn’t a problem for the majority of our stay. However, we were driving from a distance, and weren’t going to be getting in until closer to 11. Meghan had told us that after 9 she wouldn’t be able to help us if we had any problems with check in, and that we could just refer to the check in email she sent us. 「The property was exactly as portrayed. It was very clean and modern. The pool was beautiful, and the hot tub was a wonderful bonus. The location is perfect for exploring Everglades and Biscayne and even Key Largo. Maria was an excellent host. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you!」
