A pesar de que intenté comunicarme con la propiedad un día antes, despues ese día temprano, después aterricé en Londres, llegué a la propiedad 2 horas antes del check in, estuve llamando desde fuera de la propiedad. "Smooth and easy communication to self check in. Apartment was in good condition, clean, tidy and everything was easy to use. Unfortunately there were no batteries in the remote control but only realised at 11pm but one phone call and the next morning housekeeping brought fresh batteries."

"The apartment was clean and large. The location was convenient to multiple Underground stations. We did not have issues with noise as others noticed, but the pub in the courtyard does crowded. The furnishings were not super-comfortable if you want to spend any time sitting around in the unit. We cooked dinner multiple times and found the kitchen lacking in basics like towels, napkins etc and cooking oils, salt, pepper, so be prepared to purchase those. "Room right next to the main rd, no double glazing, Shared bathroom very very small and not maintained, If you run the taps it smells and generally smelled of damp! Clean bedding but towels were not. All need a good review of maintenance and put right, the room did what was required. Not sure if fire compliant has signs and extinguishes but not sure when last checked and the fire door had gaffa tape on! Would I stay there again NO."

"The booking was made approximately 6 months in advance. We were required to change appartments midway yhrough our stay and were told it was due to renovations. However noted that new travellers moved into that apartment. We were inconvenienced and lied to and when we tried to raise concerns the fenale we dealt with was highly rude. Don't stay here!"
