Find Hotel with a Concierge in Downstate New York, NY

"I loved that this property was centrally located to alot of what we were doing and where we were going and the subway stop right by the hotel made it even easier. We spent 7 days in NYC. The staff was really nice and even accommodated us when we booked a 2nd room. The hotel was clean even in the midst of renovating. The only thing that I would have like was queen beds. There were only double beds, but I was able to book a 2nd room on Expedia pretty quickly and for a really good price. You can't beat the value for the location and the amenitites and I would stay there again and again. "

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was so small that two people could not walk past the bed at the same time. I wonder if we got this awful room because we used Expedia. The people at the front desk were so very rude. If you happen to get in the wrong line to ask a question, you get a very snide remark in return. We love NYC and visit here every year. We will never stay here again."

"Our stay was exceptional especially with the upgrade. The only thing I need to pay attention to is the size of the beds. We had 2 double beds which were too small for the two of us. Thank god for the extra bed. "

"The room has definitely seen better days. There were rips in the carpet, stains on the sheets, stains on the chair and the bathroom could have used a deep clean. Bathroom mirror was actually scary. All service was outstanding with the exception of the front desk. "

"Staff was very nice. Room service kept me stocked with towels and rags. The room overall was OK. It was clean, but it was not up-to-date so it still has that old look but it was OK for something last minute. There’sBut Everyone across the street pricing is ridiculous though."
