「The rooms and the grounds were extremely clean and well kept. We had issues with the shower flooding that took two days to fix. Our water was also turned off without notice and when we asked for bottles if water to drink they brought 2, we requested more and they brought two more… they acted like we were stealing water. We had no transportation to get water and no close store to buy water, but shouldn’t that be included in a $300+ a night room? There was no offer of moving us or compensation....

「Hotel is quite dated. Decor needs updating. VERY poor lighting in guest room. The tiniest bar of soap in the room. No coffee in the lobby for guests. Machines in room offered powder creamer. Restaurant and bar in the hotel and "shoppes" closed early. We met out of town friends and there was no where to get food and drinks. It was pouring rain and not a quick walk to shoppes for coffee and quick breakfast. The bedsheets were scratchy but the bed was comfortable. Room was clean.」
