「It was the perfect fit for us in terms of location and functionality. We enjoyed staying very much; it was like being on vacation in a hotel, but local. KK, who was in charge of the apt., was available at any time, responsive, and very helpful.」

「Met up with some friends from all over. Was a great central spot to walk and hit up food/drink places. Easy to access the train as well. Katz deli was across the street and the pastrami changed my life. The one issue with the apartment is there wasn't a great sitting area but we made do with the large dining room table. Location and cleanliness definitely trumped that for us.」

「Perfect spot in Montauk, close to the beach and town. We walked to town with a 3 year old and infant in the stroller and very doable nice walk. The condo is clean and equipped with basic necessities so bring anything you might need cooking wise. Kept the baby in the bedroom and our 3 year old in the living room but we made it work. Kelly is extremely responsive and a pleasure to rent from.」

「Loved the location of this place. It was convenient and accessible to everything. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was clean overall. The futon definitely needs to be replaced. There's no cushioning and all you feel are the springs. We made it work though. The dishwasher also needs to be cleaned as there was a strange smell coming from it. The property is not too far from the major expressways/highways making it easy to travel to and from the city if driving.
