"Some of the front desk girls are incredibly rude. I’m not sure why, but they could improve their customer service skills. Additionally, the communication between the hotel and the valet is terrible. "

"Staff is pretty unfriendly. Make sure you show up at check-in time and not even a minute before or they will try and charge you their early check-in fee. Unfortunately I saw a few parties being hassled about it. Other than that, no complaints. Hotel is clean enough and close to subways so it does the job."

"There's no staff/check in desk. Room wasnt turned over, took forever to get through to someone. Had to shower and dry myself with a hand towel cause of timing. Cleaning crew did get me towels after, I tipped them, then got my sheets changed. Was called twice that evening asking if they could change my room and I said I already unpacked and to not touch my belongings. Came back after midnight, my keycode no longer worked. Had a hassle with customer service figuring out where my things were and how to get into my room. Luckily was with a friend who let me stay at their place. They wouldn't put notes in the file for processing a refund. Called me the next day and said they'd take care of it yet then I get a message saying it was too late for a refund and I had to call Expedia to take care of it and that took nearly an hour cause they needed the hotel to grant a waiver to do so...horrible communication/care/respect"
